I've been coaching creative entrepreneurs like yourself for 10+ years, guiding people through business strategies, marketing tactics, paid and organic outreach, business planning, yada yada yada (pun completely intended).

Do I need to know what I'm doing before the VIP Day?
Good news: You don't! I've worked with seasoned business owners and complete newbies alike. We will start with where you are, then brainstorm your ideal next moves. Even if you don't feel your idea is ready, the VIP Day can help you get it ready. If you have questions, feel free to book a free 30-minute call with me to iron out what the scope of our work will be on your VIP day, what's realistic to achieve in a 7-hour period, and where my skillsets can be of the best use for your project.
What does a typical VIP Day look like?
Your VIP Day is a 7-hour block that we kick off with a 30-60 minute call (longer if you need more strategy work). We'll organize both our task lists for your project, then we'll hop off the call and get to work. We'll keep in touch with each other throughout the day via Slack messaging, cross off that long to-do list, take breaks as needed, and end the day with a celebration call and next steps.
Is this coaching or implementation?
It can be a mix of both, depending on your needs. We will determine your most pressing issues in our pre-planning call. If I have a skill you need, I'm happy to jump in and help you implement. (This is a rare time when I even *offer* implementation - you cannot hire me for done-for-you work in any other capacity!)
How do I know what days are available for my VIP Day?
For this round, my typical availabilities are Fridays and Saturdays, 9am-4pm Pacific, but I do have other availabilities outside those times. If you have a specific day or time window, please email me at suzanne@yadacreative.com. Otherwise, we will lock in exact dates during our 30-minute onboarding call. You can book up to a year in advance.
I'm not in the Pacific timezone. Will this still work for me?
If our timezones don't line up, we can split our time together across two consecutive days to make it easier.
Should I book a VIP Day, or should I work with you on an hourly basis?
VIP Days are great for projects that require an extended amount of deeper focus work. It's intended for larger projects that keep getting put on the back burner and need a bigger push. My hourly consulting is more based on ongoing regular check-ins, rather than large projects. This is why I recommend my hourly packages for Meta ads consulting rather than VIP Days, because ads require ongoing check-ins over periods of time.
What happens after my VIP Day?
Your VIP Day package includes a week of follow-up support via Slack after your day. I'll be there to answer questions, give extra guidance, troubleshoot, and get you any other help you need to wrap up your project. If you would like more ongoing support, I offer a weekly laser-focused business coaching program, VIP Half-Days, and other consulting packages that can help you get your business to the next level.
I've never used Slack like this before. How does it work?
Slack is a free app designed for work communications. Not only can you keep track of all your files in one place, but you can send text, photos, videos and voice memos through Slack. It works on desktop and mobile seamlessly. I also love to use Slack voice memos instead of sitting on a call all day. It's asynchronous, which allows for more flexibility and thoughtfulness, and everything is automatically transcribed.
